10.1 Termination by jl078

In cases of confirmed fraud or terms violation, jl078 may forfeit the account balance without obligation of refund.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Upon receipt of a closure request, jl078 will process any eligible pending withdrawals before closing the account. Players who have self-excluded through the Responsible Gaming tools may request account closure under the terms of their self-exclusion agreement.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, all pending bonuses, uncompleted wagering requirements, and promotional eligibility are forfeited. Real-money balances remaining in a closed account (where closure is not due to fraud or terms violation) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method subject to completion of verification requirements.
